HOW WE CREATE NATURAL HAIR WIGS
We use 100% real virgin human hair which is usually straight when collected. We roll the hair with rods and set the hair with a steaming process for several days to lock in the Z-shaped strands. The process to create our African American Human Hair Wigs takes 5 days to ship.
Cynthia curls are super coily, tight and springy. Although Human Hair Curly Wigs are unbelievably versatile, they require a high commitment to deep hydration. The tighter the curl, the more difficult it is for oil to keep it evenly moisturized. Kinky Curly Natural hair wigs struggle to absorb moisture, leaving them prone to tangling if not given the proper hair regimen.
Please remember the tresses are curly & color-treated human hair which demands a high commitment to deep hydration.

It will take 3 to 14 business days to process your order, Exact processing time emails within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If your order is placed by 3pm CST, processing will begin the same day.
If your order is placed after 3pm CST, we will begin processing the same day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We email your tracking link once your order ships.
Standard & Express shipping costs and any other third-party fees such as shipping insurance are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review shipping information.
