ABOUT OUR EUROPEAN WIGS?
New customers will often ask us if we craft our European lace front wigs with real, human hair and the answer is always the same: yes, absolutely!
Most of our real hair donors are from small, rural places where individuals are paid for growing and then selling their healthy, unprocessed, virgin hair. We offer a high-quality finished product that's made to order just for you, we color the hair and apply your specifications when the order is placed. We require 15 business days to process customized colors prior to shipping to process your requests.

It will take 3 to 14 business days to process your order, Exact processing time emails within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If your order is placed by 3pm CST, processing will begin the same day.
If your order is placed after 3pm CST, we will begin processing the same day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We email your tracking link once your order ships.
Standard & Express shipping costs and any other third-party fees such as shipping insurance are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review shipping information.
Your package requires a signature. If you will not be available to sign for the parcel please send us a note requesting the parcel be held for pick up at the closet location which is usually within one mile of your shipping address.
