We use 100% real virgin human hair which is usually straight when collected. We roll the hair with rods and set the hair with a steaming process for several days. Processing time is seven business days.
HOW TO KEEP YOUR CURLY HAIR WIG HYDRATED

When your Curly Wigs arrives at your home, it will be fresh out of the rods and need a little attention to create the bold voluminous look as pictured on the model. If your order is placed after 3pm CST, we will begin processing the same day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We email your tracking link once your order ships.
Standard & Express shipping costs and any other third-party fees such as shipping insurance are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review shipping information.
