Shipping
Fine Lace wigs orders are processed within 1 business day of the order confirmation, once billing and credit information have been authorized and verified. Delivery times are 2 to 5 business days depending on shipping option selected at time of checkout. Shipment occurs Monday through Friday at by 3 p.m. central standard time. Unless expedited shipping is requested, Deliveries are made Monday thur Saturday via United States Post Office priority mail service for a a flat rate of $9.95 . Signature is required for all orders at the time of delivery.

Warranty
All full lace and lace frontal wigs shipped by Fine lace Wigs are constructed, inspected and warranteed to be free from defects in materal and craftsmanship at the time of delivery. If you receive a unit that is not as pictured it should be returned immediately (within 3 business days) to us before it is combed, styled or altered in any way. We will provide a complimentary replacement and remeimburst you for the intial shipping charge however refunds are not issued.
